I’ve been to this spa/wellness center once before and had an amazing service! I’ve tried going back twice now and unfortunately both times I’ve scheduled service I’ve had my appointment cancelled because either the booking system isn’t being properly maintained so members of staff that are not available show up as available or I’ve been the only appointment for an “available not available” staff member and then you get a late night call and an hour before service appointment cancellation email. This has now happened to me twice. I won’t be trying to book service here again. I hope you can get your booking system fixed and staff scheduling coordinated more effectively for future customers.
Came here to relax and get away from reality. Although my therapist was good, the atmosphere/environment was absolutely terrible. At the 25th street location, they share an office with a chiropractic center and they were beyond noisy and unprofessional. The walls are paper thin as it is an older building, but at one point I asked if they were having a party that we weren’t invited to. Not 45 mins into the 90 min massage, it sounded like a construction zone in the room next door (maybe working on the hydraulic chiro table? Who knows). My poor therapist had to ask them to be quiet and stated that she often has to do that. I was given a 5% discount which wasn’t expected but appreciated. I usually never complain but being a massage therapist myself, I know those types of conditions not only prohibit relaxation but they can also block a therapists concentration and flow. I won’t go back again, but it wasn’t because of the therapist, it’s due to the atmosphere and unprofessionalism of their cohabitants
My husband and I went here and did the couples Massage. It was AMAZING!!! Rodger and Tori did an outstanding job and left us feeling absolutely relaxed. We were very pleased with our experience, especially with it being our first time. I plan on recommending this wonderful place to everyone I know!!! It was such a peaceful place and very calming. I was told to be at the massage office at 9 am, and arrived perhaps 5 minutes early. There was no one there, so I settled down with a book to wait.When the massage therapist arrived on his motorcycle the first thing I noticed was that he wore a full beard.I do not expect the men and women who wait on me in public ot be young and attractive, but I do expect them to be clean-cut and properly groomed. This means, no facial piercings, no visible tattoos, and no facial hair. It is a fact that people instinctively distrust men with beards.In any case his personal appearance colored my judgment of his performance, and I will NOT be back to that office for a massage.

I have been getting massages there for the last year and Victoria is the one that does my massages. She is great. She gives awesome massages knows exactly what needs to be done. I love the office it is very relaxing. The rooms are very well decorated very neat and clean, and the rest of the staff is polite, professional, and very welcoming. This place is awesome. Skin Stretching

Expected Outcome
