Preparation Info
Completing our HIPPA secure digital intake form before your appointment allows your therapist to get right to work and better prepared to serve your needs. Which allows for more time on the table, and less paperwork.
Please note: to protect our therapist from prescribed topicals, we request our clients not to wear prescribed creams, gels or rubs to their appointment.
Cancellation Policy
The day before your scheduled appointment you'll get a polite email/text reminding you of your pending appointment.
You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service via an invoice by email.

Late Policy
Due to tightly booked schedules, we are unable to extend appointments beyond original scheduled times. If you arrive late for your appointment, our professional therapist will provide treatment for the remaining session time only, with no fee reduction.
